The first stage and the necessary precondition before proceeding to the investment in photovoltaic power is carrying out the pre-project study - techno-economic analysis of the appropriateness and justification of the project to build photovoltaic plant and a solar-energy audits in accordance with Decree № 16 -27 as of 22.01.08 on the terms and conditions for the assessment of existing and projected potential resources for energy production from renewable / alternative energy sources. The activities engaged include:

Our services in the building of photovoltaic power according to the Programme for Rural Region Development include the preparation of solar-energy audit and compiling the draft proposal for application in RRDP.
